寒冷地区无采暖高大仓储类建筑自动喷水灭火系统设置探讨

摘要: 寒冷地区无采暖高大仓储类建筑如何设置自动灭火系统,是实际工作中的一个难题。目前常见的做法是采用干式或预作用自动喷水灭火系统,但这样做无法满足《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》对仓库及类似场所只能采用早期抑制快速响应喷头的要求。本文探索通过调整杠杆式雨淋阀阀门或者采用隔膜式雨淋阀与湿式报警阀并联给水方式来实现预作用系统与湿式系统的冬夏季转换,同时改进探测模式,保证早期预警和系统充水的可靠性,此方式可以满足寒冷地区无采暖高大仓储类建筑设置自动喷水灭火系统的需求。

Abstract: Abstract: How to set up automatic fire extinguishing system for non-heating tall warehouse buildings in cold area is a difficult problem in practical work. At present, the common practice is to use dry or pre-action sprinkler system, but this can not staisfy the requirements of Code for Automatic Sprinkler System Design, which is for warehouse and similar places, only early suppression rapid response sprinkler head can be used. This paper explores how to realize the winter and summer transition between the pre-acting system and the wet system by adjusting the lever type rain valve or using the diaphragm type rain valve and the wet alarm valve in parallel. Meanwhile, the detection mode is improved to ensure the reliability of early warning and system water filling. In this way, the automatic sprinkler system can meet the requirements of automatic sprinkler system in non-heating tall warehouse buildings in cold areas.
