摘要： 笔者针对当前消防技术服务市场及机构服务现状进行了问卷调查，深入分析消防技术服务行业存在的不足，并提出进一步规范消防技术服务市场、加强消防技术服务机构建设的对策，为社会单位消防安全管理提供参考。

Abstract: Abstract: The author conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of fire technical service market and institutional service, deeply analyzed the shortcomings of fire technical service industry, and put forward countermeasures to further standardize the fire technical service market and strengthen the construction of fire technical service institutions, in order to improve the fire safety management level of the units.
