摘要: 为研究城市燃气供气管道泄漏及爆炸事故的成因和处置对策,通过对全国各地发生过的多起城市煤气、天然气、液化石油气供气管道泄漏并引起爆炸事故的原因分析,阐述了煤气、天然气、液化石油气的理化性质,分析了事故特性、事故成因,城市燃气供气管道泄漏事故的处置程序、注意事项和处置时个人防护的要求,提出了处置对策,供各类处置队伍参考。

关键词: 燃气管道, 泄漏事故, 爆炸事故, 应急处置

Abstract: To study the cause and countermeasures of urban gas supply pipeline leakage accidents, the cause analysis was conducted to the explore accidents caused by leakage of coal gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas supply pipeline around China, the physical and chemical properties of coal gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas are described in detail, the accident feature, accident cause and gas supply pipeline transmission mode were analyzed, the dealing procedure, matters needing attention and personal protection requirement of urban gas supply pipeline were clarified, and countermeasures were put forward, to provide reference for each kinds of disposal team.
