摘要： 医院作为消防重点单位，完善的消防应急管理体系对及时有效地处置消防应急事故发挥着重要作用。介绍了某医院消防安全管理应急预案编制情况，应用信息系统管理平台中三维可视化技术，创新医院的消防应急管理模式，提高人员应急能力，为医院消防应急管理和安全风险防控提供参考。

Abstract: Hospital is the key unit of fire safety, perfect fire emergency management system is significant for the disposal of fire emergency accidents. The construction of fire emergency management of a hospital in the preparation of emergency plans was introduced, the three-dimensional visualisation technology in the information system management platform was applied, in order to innovative fire emergency plan management mode and improve the emergency response capabilities of personnel. It can provide references for fire emergency management and safety risk prevention of hospitals.
