地下商业综合体火灾风险评估

Fire safety assessment for underground commercial complexes

摘要: 根据地下商业综合体火灾的特点,采用文献调查法,科学获取并建立了包含20个评价指标的城市地下商业综合体火灾风险评估指标体系。针对城市地下商业综合体火灾发生的不确定性,引入未确知测度理论,构建了基于未确知测度的城市地下商业综合体评价模型,并运用熵权理论确定各评价指标的指标权重。最后,以某城市地下商业综合体火灾风险评价为例,进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,该方法可以用于实际城市地下商业综合体火灾安全等级评价,研究可为城市地下商业综合体火灾防控和应急管理提供新的思路。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of underground commercial complex fire, this study obtains and establishes a fire risk assessment index system of urban underground commercial complex, including 20 evaluation indexes by using the method of literature investigation. Then, aiming at the uncertainty of urban underground commercial complex fire, the uncertainty measurement theory is introduced, the urban underground commercial complex evaluation model based on uncertainty measurement is constructed, and the index weight of each evaluation index is determined by using entropy weight theory. Finally, taking the fire risk assessment of an urban underground commercial complex as an example, an empirical analysis is carried out. The results show that this method can be used to evaluate the fire safety level of urban underground commercial complex, and the research can provide new ideas for fire prevention and emergency management of urban underground commercial complex.
