变电站内油浸变压器智能灭火装置开发

Development of intelligent fire fighting device for oil-immersed transformer fire in transformer substation

摘要: 分析多站融合变电站内油浸变压器火灾发生原因,并针对火灾原因开发了一套变电站内油浸变压器智能消防装置。此装置应用LoRa无线通信技术远程监控油浸变压器温度、火焰、烟雾状态,采用多级火灾预警算法判断并识别火灾情况,提高油浸变压器火灾的早期探测预警能力和及时灭火能力,确保油浸变压器的安全稳定运行。将装置放在变压器火灾模拟场中进行测试,测试结果表明此装置通信灵敏、灭火及时。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the cause of fire of oil-immersed transformer in multi-station fusion substation and develops a set of intelligent fire-fighting device for oil-immersed transformer in substation. The device uses LoRa wireless communication technology to remotely monitor the temperature, flame and smoke status of oil-immersed transformer, and uses multi-stage fire warning algorithm to judge and identify the fire situation, so as to improve the ability of early detection, early warning and timely extinguishing of the fire to ensure the safe and stable operation of oil-immersed transformer.The device was tested in transformer fire simulation field. The test results show that the device has sensitive communication and can extinguish the fire timely .
