Abstract: Abstract: In order to promote the sound development of fire product quality certification and build a scientific, reasonable, standardized, efficient, fair and open fire product certification management system, the fire product conformity assessment center of the emergency management department selects some powerful inspection and testing institutions to enrich the fire product certification work, which has played its due role in serving the economic and social development. Starting from how to further effectively give play to the functions of subcontracting inspection and testing institutions, based on guiding them to update their management concepts, establish brand awareness, strengthen their own construction, implement the main responsibilities of quality construction and clean government construction, and refine control measures, so as to improve the quality of factory inspectors, achieve the purpose of high quality and promote the sustainable development of inspection and testing institutions.
