摘要: 以一起海绵厂火灾事故为例,结合火灾调查及相关物证鉴定工作,对其可能的火灾原因进行分析,重点对起火点提取的可疑物,利用核磁共振氢谱、热重实验分析、放热量分析验证聚醚多元醇泄漏自燃的可能性,探讨了化工企业火灾事故调查中对残留有机液体自燃可能性查证的可行路径,总结了调查过程中存在的不足和启示,以期为此类火灾事故调查提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract: The thesis has taken a fire accident in a sponge factory as an example to analyze the possible cause by fire investigation and relevant material evidence identification. Mainly focusing on the suspicious objects found at the fire point, HNMR, thermal weight experiment analysis and heat release analysis has been used to verify the possibility of spontaneous combustion by polyether polyol leakage. The thesis discusses feasible path of verifying the possibility of the spontaneous combustion of residual organic liquid in the fire accident investigation of chemical companies and summarizes the deficiencies and enlightenment during the investigation process, in order to provide a reference for the accident investigation against similar fire accidents.
