摘要: 采用水热合成法,以低品位菱镁矿为原料制备了碱式硫酸镁晶须,将所得晶须浆料通过真空吸附的方法填充到模塑聚苯板中,得到碱式硫酸镁晶须复合聚苯板,随后研究了碱式硫酸镁晶须对复合聚苯板燃烧热值、抗拉强度、导热系数、产烟密度和产烟毒性的影响。

Abstract: The magnesium sulfate whiskers were prepared with low-grade magnesite by hydrothermal synthesis. Magnesium sulfate whisker composite polystyrene plate was prepared by filling the whisker grout into the polystyrene plate by vacuum absorption. Then the influence of whisker content on the calorific value, tensile strength, thermal conductivity, smoke density and fire effluents hazard of the composite polystyrene plate were also studied .
