智能电能表采集数据在火灾调查中的应用

Application of the smart meter data collection in fire investigation

摘要: 为准确溯源电气火灾的发生发展过程,深入调查火灾原因,通过3起典型居民火灾案例,分析了火灾调查时智能电能表采集数据的应用方法,研究了电气参数变化与电气火灾发生的相关规律。结果表明,深入分析智能电能表的采集数据,能够推断出火灾现场电气设备使用、人员活动、电气故障发生的时间轴,结合调查询问、现场痕迹以及模拟试验可溯源电气火灾发生发展的完整过程,为电气火灾的原因调查提供有力的数据支撑。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to accurately trace the development process of electrical fire and deeply investigate the cause of fire, through three typical residential fire cases, the application method of data collected by the smart meter in fire investigation was analyzed, and the rule of electrical parameter variation and electric fire occurrence was studied. The results show that the depth analysis of the data collected by smart meter can infer the timeline of operating status of electrical equipment, human activities and occurring time of electrical failure. Combined with inquiry,marks on the scene and simulation experiment, the data can trace the complete process of the occurrence and development of electrical fire and provide powerful support for electrical fire investigation.
