洗涤烘干对灭火防护服外层面料的损伤研究

Research on outer fabric damage of firefighting protective clothing by washing and drying

摘要: 选取灭火防护服装及阻燃外层面料进行工业水洗和烘干试验,分别研究洗涤及烘干方式、反复洗烘等对外层面料损伤的规律。研究结果表明,服装整体洗烘10次后外层的沾水等级降低程度高于单一外层面料,且服装下摆位置的反光带破坏最严重,魔术贴勾面一侧更容易引起毛球;滚筒洗烘方式对服装有明显磨损,而柜式烘干可避免这一损伤。研究可为灭火防护服装的设计研发和洗涤维护提供技术支撑。

Abstract:  Typical flame retardant outer layer and firefighting protective clothing were selected to study the influence of washing and drying on clothing performance during the service period. The results show that the spaying rating of fabric and clothing decreased obviously after washing and drying for 10 times. The reflective tape at the hem position is easy to damage, the hair and pilling appeared near the velcro closure, and the cabinet drying can avoid aggravating the damage of clothing. The research can provide technical support for clothing design, washing and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
