火灾下复式钢管混凝土柱温度场研究

Study on the temperature field of compound concrete-filled steel tube column under fire

摘要: 为了研究外方内圆复式钢管混凝土柱火灾升降温全过程的温度场变化,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了复式钢管混凝土柱的升降温火灾全过程温度场模型。结果表明:内配圆钢管可以降低火灾发生后内部混凝土的温度,提高钢管混凝土柱的耐火性能,内置钢管的最高温度远低于外钢管;喷涂防火涂料和增加截面尺寸均会大幅降低核心区混凝土的历史最高温度,但不影响外钢管的历史最高温度。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to study the temperature field variation of compound concrete-filled steel tube column during the whole process of fire rise and fall, the whole temperature field model of compound concrete-filled steel tube column was established by using ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that the inner steel tube can reduce the temperature of the inner concrete and improve the fire resistance of the concrete filled steel tube. The maximum temperature of the inner steel tube is much lower than that of the outer steel tube. Fire-resistant coating and increased section size can greatly reduce the maximum temperature of the concrete in the core area, but will not affect the maximum temperature of the outer steel pipe.
