基层消防救援人员职业压力量表编制及现状分析

Establishment and current situation analysis of occupational stress scale for grassroots firefighter

摘要： 为编制基层消防救援人员职业压力量表并分析职业压力现状，选取国内1 025名基层消防救援人员展开研究，进行项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、内容效度、效标关联效度、内部一致性信度和分半信度检验，通过描述性分析、t检验和方差分析研究基层消防救援人员职业压力的现状。结果显示，基层消防救援人员职业压力量表具有良好的信效度，量表共有27个条目，包含人际关系、工作自身、职业特点、个人发展、外部支持5个因子。国内基层消防救援人员整体的职业压力水平较平稳，在个人发展、工作自身和职业特点3个维度上的压力得分较高，职业压力在不同岗位、年龄、工龄、学历、婚姻状况等方面存在显著性差异。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to compile the occupational stress scale of grass-roots firefighter and analyze the current situation of occupational stress,a total of 1 025 domestic grass-roots firefighters were selected to carry out the research, and the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, content validity, criterion-related validity, internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability test were carried out, further descriptive analysis, t test and variance analysis were used to study the current situation of occupational stress of firefighters at the grass-roots level. The results show that the occupational stress scale for grass-roots firefighter has good reliability and validity. The scale has 27 items, including 5 factors: interpersonal relationship, work itself, occupational characteristics, personal development and external support. The overall occupational stress level of domestic grass-roots firefighter is relatively stable, and the stress scores in the three dimensions of personal development, work itself and occupational characteristics are higher. There are significant differences in occupational stress in different positions, ages, working years, educational background, marital status and so on.
