硝酸铵自燃爆炸危险性分析

摘要: 以弥勒市“9·12”特大爆炸事故为例,分析事故的直接原因,并用事故树的方法找出事故的根本原因。采用Frank-Kamenetskii热自燃理论模型研究硝酸铵爆炸机理,发现杂质会降低硝酸铵的自加速分解温度(SADT),并最终导致硝酸铵发生热爆炸。最后,给出硝酸铵的储存与运输建议措施。

Abstract: Abstract: This article takes the "9·12" catastrophic explosion accident in Mile county as an example to analyze the direct causes of the accident and use the fault tree method to identify the root cause of the accident. Frank-Kamenetskii thermal spontaneous combustion theoretical model was used to study the explosion mechanism of ammonium nitrate. It was found that impurities would reduce the self-accelerating decomposition temperature of ammonium nitrate, and eventually lead to thermal explosion of ammonium nitrate. Finally, some suggestions on the storage and transportation of ammonium nitrate are given.
