消防员职业健康危险因素分析及防控对策研究

Analysis on occupational health risk factors of firefighters and study on prevention and control countermeasures

摘要: 运用扎根理论和层次分析法(AHP),从个体性因素、保障性因素、物理性因素、化学性因素和生物性因素5个维度构建消防员职业健康危险因素指标体系,深度剖析消防员在训练、消防救援工作中面临的职业危险的成因,借鉴风险防控理论提出防控对策。结果表明:影响消防员职业健康危险因素排序依次为:个体性因素>保障性因素>物理性因素>化学性因素>生物性因素。提出应完善消防员休整和心理服务体系,加强消防员多维度的保障工作,增强物理性危险的评估和处置能力,提升生化性危险的防护与救治等对策。

Abstract: Using grounded theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this study constructed an indicator system for occupational health risk factors of firefighters from five dimensions: individual factors, protective factors, physical factors, chemical factors, and biological factors. It deeply analyzed the causes of occupational hazards faced by firefighters in training and firefighting work, and proposed prevention and control measures based on risk prevention and control theory. The results showed that the order of factors affecting the occupational health of firefighters was: individual factors>protective factors>physical factors>chemical factors>biological factors. It was proposed that the firefighters' rest and psychological service system should be improved, the multi-dimensional protection work of firefighters should be strengthened, the evaluation and disposal capabilities of physical hazards should be enhanced, and the prevention and treatment of biochemical hazards should be improved.
