储油罐火灾及泡沫-细水雾联用灭火效能研究

Study on oil tank fire and fire extinguishing efficiency of foam-water mist combination

摘要: 为研究大型储油罐火灾燃烧特性,采用200 m3罐体建立储油罐火灾模拟燃烧试验平台,模拟罐体顶部油池火、围堤油池火、罐体侧壁流淌火,总燃烧面积为361.8 m2,评估泡沫-细水雾联用涡扇炮灭火技术对储油罐火灾的适用性。罐体外围温度场和热辐射场时空分布特性结果表明:泡沫-细水雾联用涡扇炮灭火技术可快速扑灭该储油罐火灾燃烧明火,降温效果明显。

Abstract: To study the combustion characteristics of large oil tank fire, this work established an experimental platform to simulation the combustion behavior of a 200 m3 oil tank fire, simulating oil pool fire on the top of the tank, oil pool fire on the embankment, and flowing fire on the side walls of the tank, whose combustion area reached 361.8 m2. The foam—water mist combined with a turbofan was used to study the extinguishing efficiency of this technology. The temperature field and thermal radiation field of the oil tank fire were analyzed. The results show that the application of foam—water mist combined with a turbofan can quickly extinguish the open fire in the burning scene of the oil tank fire, and has a significant cooling effect.
