基于组合赋权TOPSIS法的区域森林火灾易损性研究

摘要: 通过对区域森林火灾易损性进行评价,实现控制火灾风险和减轻损失。考虑到森林火灾暴露性程度和灾害应对能力等因素,构建了由暴露性程度、恢复性指标、敏感性指标、灾害应对能力4个准则层和16个指标层构成的区域森林火灾易损性评价指标体系。利用组合赋权TOPSIS法对四川省21个市(州)开展了森林火灾易损性评价,根据评估结果将四川省的森林火灾易损性水平划分为5个等级。

Abstract: By evaluating the vulnerability of regional forest fires, it is possible to control fire risks and reduce losses. Taking into account of factors such as the degree of forest fire exposure and the ability to respond to disasters, a regional forest fire vulnerability assessment index system was constructed, which includes 4 criterion levels of exposure degree, recovery index, sensitivity index and disaster response ability and 16 index levels. The combined weighted TOPSIS method was used to carry out forest fire vulnerability assessment in 21 cities (states) in Sichuan Province. According to the assessment results, the vulnerability level of forest fire in Sichuan Province is divided into 5 levels.
