海洋生态环境下海底管道泄漏耦合风险

Coupling risk of submarine pipeline leakage in marine ecological environment

摘要: 为降低油气运输过程中海底管道泄漏风险,开展海底管道泄漏风险评价研究。首先,在分析海底管道泄漏风险评估指标的基础上,引入触发器概念分析海底管道泄漏耦合风险的形成机理;然后,通过DEMATEL 和耦合协调理论,构建海底管道泄漏风险耦合协调模型,并以我国南海某海底管道为例,对该海域的海底管道泄漏风险进行评估;最后,借助RBF 神经网络,与耦合风险评估对比验证,研究结果表明耦合协调度比风险度分析具有更加显著的效果。结果表明,面对复杂多变的海洋生态环境,针对海底管道泄漏风险,建立耦合协调模型进行风险评估,能迅速而准确地反映现实风险状况,对未来海底管道建立和经营以及海洋环境保护都具有指导性意义。

Abstract: In order to reduce the risk of submarine pipeline leakage in the process of oil and gas transportation, the research on submarine pipeline leakage risk assessment is carried out. Firstly, based on the analysis of submarine pipeline leakage risk assessment index, the concept of trigger is introduced to analyze the formation mechanism of submarine pipeline leakage coupling risk. Secondly, through DEMATEL and coupling coordination theory, a submarine pipeline leakage risk coupling coordination model is constructed, and a submarine pipeline in the South China Sea is taken as an example to evaluate the submarine pipeline leakage risk. Finally, with the help of RBF neural network, compared with the coupling risk assessment, the results show that the coupling coordination degree has a more significant effect than the risk degree analysis. The conclusion shows that in the face of the complex and changeable marine ecological environment, in view of the leakage risk of submarine pipeline, the establishment of a coupled coordination model for risk assessment can quickly and accurately reflect the actual risk situation, and it is of guiding significance for the construction and operation of submarine pipelines and the protection of marine environment in the future.
