汽油喷灯对EPS 保温材料引燃条件实验研究

Experimental study on the ignition condition of EPS external insulation material by gasoline torch

摘要: 利用汽油喷灯在不同距离时对普通和阻燃两种类型的EPS 建筑外墙保温材料进行引燃实验。结果表明:两种类型EPS 保温材料在直接接触到汽油喷灯火焰的情况下均能够被引燃,当材料与火焰存在一定距离时,材料表面只会发生不同程度的收缩和熔化,不会引燃材料,距离越大,收缩范围越小,熔化程度越轻微。

Abstract: The gasoline torch was used to ignite the ordinary and flame- retardant EPS external insulation material under different distances. The results showed that the two types of EPS could be ignited when they directly contacted to the gasoline torch flame.The surface of EPS only got different degrees of shrinkage and melting when there was a distance between the EPS and the gasoline torch flame, and the material was not ignited. The further the distance was, the smaller the shrinkage range was and the less the melting degree was.
