全氟已酮灭火剂灭火装置储罐密封件选型分析

摘要: 介绍了工程应用中以全氟已酮灭火剂为灭火介质的灭火装置储罐出现的相容性、腐蚀性问题,通过浸泡实验采用称重、排水、目测的方法分析了6 类O 型密封圈与灭火剂的相容性,以及灭火剂对6 类金属材料的腐蚀性,以此论证了密封件宜采用的非金属材料和金属材料,为以全氟已酮灭火剂为灭火介质的灭火装置储罐密封件的选型提供参考。

Abstract:

The compatibility, causticity problems of fire extinguishing equipment tank for dodecafluoro- 2- methylpentan- 3-one fire extinguishing agent during the engineering practice were introduced. By immersion test, methods of weighting,drainage, and visual inspection were used to analyze the compatibility of 6 kinds of O type seal rings and the fire extinguishing agent, as well as the causticity of the agent to 6 kinds of metallic materials. The suitable nonmetallic and metallic materials for the sealing element were verified, to provide reference for the model selection of tank seal of dodecafluoro- 2-methylpentan- 3-one fire extinguishing agent.
