基于北斗导航系统的超细干粉灭火弹设计研究

Design and research of ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing bomb based on Beidou navigation system

摘要:

为了高效扑灭中高强度森林火灾、保护消防员的生命安全,设计了一款基于北斗导航系统的、可精确打击的森林灭火弹,并对其中核心技术进行研究。通过阐释研究背景及其现实意义,论证了研究的必要性;对灭火弹弹体结构进行了设计分析,详细阐释了其内部构造,并测算出其总体参数与飞行轨迹特征参数。结合图表,重点分析介绍了灭火弹的导航模组—ATKS1216F8-BD GPS-BD 模块与本设计的关键基础—北斗导航系统。简要阐述了装填药剂的选择以及森林灭火弹的使用流程与技术优势。经测算,灭火弹最大射程可达12.4 km,覆盖面积达400 km2,并可携带400 kg 的灭火剂,相关技术指标基本符合设计预期。

Abstract:

For effectively extinguishing forest fire, and protecting the safety of firefighters, a kind of forest fire extinguishing bomb which can strike precisely was designed based on Beidou navigation system, and the core technologies were studied. The study background and realistic meaning were elaborated, and the necessity of the study was verified. The structure of the fire extinguishing bomb was designed and analyzed, and the internal structure was introduced in detail. The overall parameters and characteristic parameters of the flying track were measured.Combined with the chart, focused on analyzing the navigation module-ATK-S1216F8-BD GPS-BD module, and the key to this design basis: Beidou navigation system. The selection of filling agent and the usage process of the forest fire bomb and technology advantages were introduced briefly. By calculation, the projectile can reach 12.4 km, and the coverage area can be 400 km2, carrying 400 kg of fire extinguishing agent. The related basic technical indexes meet the design expectations.
