安保复位型双电源电动执行机构的开发

Development of security reset double power electric actuator

摘要: 紧急切断阀是石化行业的重要安全设备。为了满足易燃和可燃液体的紧急切断阀技术要求,设计开发了一种安保复位型双电源电动执行机构。根据防护等级要求,对电动执行机构进行了安保设计。根据负载运行特性和系统要求,计算并确定了超级电容模组参数,利用超级电容大电流快速充放电特性和良好的温度环境适应性,开发了以超级电容为基础的辅助电源,并最终完成了安保复位型双电源电动执行机构的系统集成,为实现石化行业的安全生产提供了技术保证。

Abstract: Emergency shut-off valve is an important safety facility in the petrochemical industry. In order to meet the technical requirements of emergency shut- off valves for flammable and combustible liquid storage tanks, a safety reset type dual power electric actuator is designed and developed. First of all, according to the requirements of protection level, the security design of electric actuator is carried out. Then, according to the load operation characteristics and system requirements, the parameters of the super capacitor module are calculated and determined and the auxiliary power supply based on super-capacitor is developed by using the characteristics of super capacitor such as high current fast charge and discharge characteristics and good temperature environment adaptability. Finally, the system integration of the security reset dual power electric actuator is completed, which provides technical guarantee for the realization of safety production in petrochemical industry.
