基于锥形量热仪的锂离子电池电解液火灾危险性研究

Fire risk analysis of lithium ion battery based on cone calorimeter

摘要: 频发的电动汽车着火事故引起了对离子电池火灾危险性与燃烧特性的关注。以锥形量热仪对常用的几种锂离子电池电解液溶剂的燃烧特性进行了,探讨了不同溶质对其燃烧特性的影响。借助火灾危险综合指数(IFHI)和闪燃特性指数对锂离子电池电解液的火灾危险性进行了评估,发现含LiPF6 溶剂热危险性从大到小依次为:LiPF6 +DMC、LiPF6 +DEC、LiPF6 +EMC、LiPF6 +EC;通过闪燃特性进行评价发现,中等火灾危险等级的有:LiPF6+EC;超高等火灾危险等级的有:LiPF6+DEC、LiPF6+DMC、LiPF6+EMC。

Abstract: The frequent electric vehicle fire accidents have drawn attention to the fire hazard and combustion characteristics of ion batteries.The combustion characteristics of several common lithium ion battery electrolyte solvents were analyzed by means of cone calorimeter, and the effects of different solutes on their combustion characteristics were discussed.The fire risk of lithium ion battery electrolyte was evaluated with the help of fire risk comprehensive index (IFHI) and flask-fire characteristic index. It was found that the solvent heat risk containing LiPF6 was in the order of LiPF6+DMC, LiPF6+DEC, LiPF6+ EMC and LiPF6+EC.Through the assessment of flashover characteristics, it is found that the intermediate fire risk level can be: LiPF6 + EC;Fire risk levels of super high are: LiPF6 +DEC,LiPF6+DMC, LiPF6+EMC.
