摘要: 介绍了油浸式变压器排油注氮灭火装置的工作原理,描述了基于重锤机构传统的排油注氮灭火装置存在的不足。针对传统的排油注氮灭火装置的不足,提出了一种基于气动的排油注氮灭火装置的设计方案。采用气动球阀作为排油阀和注氮释放阀,解决了排油注氮灭火装置容易渗油和渗氮的问题。采用气动和电动组合控制模式,有效降低了排油注氮灭火装置误动风险。在排油管路增设密封膜片,有效保障了排油管路的密封性,同时可实现系统有效模拟运行,提高了油浸式变压器排油注氮灭火装置运行的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract: This paper introduced the working principle of oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device of oil immersed transformer and described the shortcomings of the traditional oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device based on the heavy hammer mechanism. In view of the shortcomings of traditional oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire-extinguishing device, a design scheme of oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire-extinguishing device based on pneumatic was proposed. The pneumatic ball valve was used as the oil drain valve and nitrogen injection release valve to solve the problem of oil and nitrogen leakage in the oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device. The combination of pneumatic and electric control mode can effectively reduce the risk of misoperation of oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device. The sealing diaphragm is added in the oil discharge pipeline, which effectively guarantees the sealing of the oil discharge pipeline, and at the same time, it can realize the effective simulation operation of the system. Thus, the operation safety and reliability of the oil immersed transformer oil discharge and nitrogen injection fire extinguishing device are improved.
