摘要:

为提高新型气体灭火剂在工程应用中的安全性,探究其与金属材料的相容性,开展了新型气体灭火剂(HFO-1336mzz、FK-5-1-12、HFO-1233 zd)与气体灭火系统典型部件金属材料(HPb59-1、Q235、37 Mn、20#、304)的相容性试验分析。试验过程结合灭火系统实际应用工况,采用常温常压下全浸泡、常温常压下半浸泡和高压高低温交变浸泡方法分别进行相容性试验分析,得到了不同试验条件下所选灭火剂和金属材料的相容性参数。

Abstract: For increasing the safety of the new gas fire extinguishing agent in engineering application, explore its compatibility with metal materials, this paper carried out the compatibility test between new fire extinguishing agent (HFO- 1336 mzz,FK-5-1-12, HFO-1233 zd) and the gas fire extinguishing system typical metallic materials(HPb59- 1,Q235,37Mn,20#,304). According to the practical application condition of fire extinguishing system, the test process adopts soak and half-soak with normal temperature and pressure method, and soak with temperature alternating under high pressure storage method to analyze the compatibility. The compatibility parameters of the selected extinguishing agent and metal materials under different test conditions were obtained.
