摘要： 以一起违章操作导致的火灾刑事案件为例，通过火场勘验及调查询问，结合现场模拟实验结果和专家意见，进行火灾原因综合认定，对事故成因进行分析讨论，为此类场所火灾事故调查以及消防管理提供参考。

Abstract: This paper takes a criminal case of fire caused by illegal operation as an example, through on-site investigation and inquiry, combined with on-site simulation experiment results and expert opinions, comprehensively identify the causes of fire, analyze and discuss the causes of the accident, and provide reference for fire accident investigation and fire management in such places.
