棉花堆垛火灾深位渗透灭火药剂研究

摘要: 为解决因普通灭火药剂在棉花堆垛中渗透性差而导致灭火效果不佳的问题,研究了由碳酸钠、乙二醇、尿素、吐温80及水制备的一种能渗入棉花堆垛深位的灭火药剂。搭建渗吸试验装置,对5种成分以不同的组合方式和不同的浓度等方式配置的灭火药剂进行试验,通过比较各次试验结果得到较优配比。试验结果表明,碳酸钠、乙二醇、吐温80和尿素混合配置而成的水溶液比水在棉花堆垛中有更优的渗透效果,当这4种组分的质量占比分别为2.5%~5.0%、2.5%~5.0%、0.43%~0.85%和5%~10%时,配置的灭火药剂的渗透效果更佳。非离子表面活性剂在溶液中不易受强电解质、pH值的影响,与其他表面活性剂的相容性好。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor fire-extinguishing effect caused by poor permeability of common fire-extinguishing agents in cotton stacking, a fire-extinguishing agent prepared by sodium carbonate, glycol, urea, tween 80 and water was studied.The fire extinguishing agents with different combinations and concentrations of 5 components were tested by imbibition test device. The results showed that the water solution composed of sodium carbonate, ethylene glycol, tween 80 and urea had better permeation effect than water in cotton stacking. When the mass proportion of these 4 components was 2.5%~5.0%, 2.5%~5.0%, 0.43%%~0.85% and 5%~10%, respectively, the permeation effect was better.Nonionic surfactants are not easily affected by strong electrolyte and pH value in solution, and have good compatibility with other surfactants.
