摘要/Abstract

摘要： 记录江苏响水“3·21”特别重大爆炸事故的处理调查情况，介绍爆炸部位勘验认定过程、爆炸时间认定采用的技术分析手段、爆炸物质认定过程、原因分析认定过程，总结事故调查技术手段、实验手段、现场重构技术、地图定位技术的运用情况，就如何开展类似大面积化工火灾爆炸事故调查提出了初步建议。

关键词: 火灾爆炸事故, 爆炸物质, 火灾调查

Abstract: The investigation of Xiangshui's 3·21 particularly serious explosion was recorded. The explosion location identification process, technology methods for explosion time identification, explosion materials identification process, explosion cause analysis and identification process were introduced. The usage of investigation technology method, experiments methods, on site reconstruction technology and map locating technology were summarized. Comprehensive suggestions to the investigation of scenario large-scale chemical fire and explosion were offered.
