消防救援态势感知体系构建方法研究

摘要: 分析消防救援态势感知圈、融合圈、展示圈、预测圈、决策圈和评价圈模型需求,事前、事中、事后消防救援态势感知体系应用需求,从跨领域系统汇聚、智能化装备研发、感知技术、数据融合、数学建模、通信支持等方面分析构建消防救援态势感知体系的难点,从制定法规标准、突破关键技术、加大装备研发力度和人才队伍建设方面探讨构建消防救援态势感知体系的方法。

Abstract: Analyzing the needs of fire rescue situational awareness circle, fusion circle, display circle, prediction circle, decision circle and evaluation circle model, the application demand of fire rescue situational awareness system in advance, in and after the event, the difficulties of constructing fire rescue situational awareness system were analyzed from the aspects of cross-cutting system convergence, intelligent equipment research and development, perception technology, data fusion, mathematical modeling and communication support, etc. From the formulation of regulatory standards, breakthrough key technologies, to increasing the strength of equipment research and personnel team construction, the construction of fire rescue situational awareness system countermeasures was explored.
