锂离子电池火灾控火毯材料性能分析与研究

Performance-focused analysis of fire-controlling blanket for lithium battery fire

摘要: 锂离子电池热值高、燃烧和蔓延速度快,有复燃和爆炸风险,尤其是其自内向外的燃烧方式使得灭火剂无法进入电池内部,导致现有灭火手段效率低,甚至无效。对适用于锂离子电池火灾的控火毯性能需求和产业现状展开研究,通过模拟锂电池火灾试验,对控火毯可能的候选材料、织物形态、有机涂层进行了系统性研究,并开展了防火、隔热和强度、抗爆试验。为了满足控火毯防火、隔热和抗爆性能要求,提出了一种由玻璃纤维织物?陶瓷纤维内衬?玻璃纤维织物组成的3层结构,为技术研究人员开发出更有效的控火毯提供技术支持。

Abstract: Lithium-ion batteries have high calorific value, fast combustion and propagation speed, and there is a risk of reignition and explosion. Especially, their combustion mode from the inside out prevents the fire extinguishing agent from entering the interior of the battery, resulting in low efficiency and even ineffectiveness of existing fire extinguishing methods. Research was conducted on the performance requirements and industry status of fire control blankets suitable for lithium?ion battery fires. Through simulated lithium battery fire tests, a systematic study was conducted on potential candidate materials, fabric morphology, and organic coatings for fire control blankets. Fire prevention, insulation, strength, and explosion resistance tests were also conducted. In order to meet the requirements of fire prevention, insulation, and explosion resistance of fire control blankets, a three—layer structure composed of glass fiber fabric, ceramic fiber lining, and glass fiber fabric is proposed, providing technical support for technical researchers to develop more effective fire control blankets.
