防火泥耐火模拟试验前后性能变化研究

Study on properties changes of fireproof mud before and after fire resistance simulation test

摘要: 研究典型弹性防火封堵材料防火泥在火灾前后的性能变化,针对换流站中可能出现的标准、电力及碳氢火灾情况,研究其对防火泥的燃烧质量、背火面温度和理化性能的影响,其中理化性能重点关注密度、腐蚀性、耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐油性、耐湿热性和耐冻融循环性的变化。结果表明:3种火灾升温情况下,防火泥的失重峰值出现在20~35 min,火灾升温60 min造成防火泥近50%的质量损失。防火泥具有优异的耐火性能,能有效阻止火焰和热量的传递,经3种火灾升温后背火面的温度远低于阈值180 ℃。将火灾后的防火泥二次升温监测背火面温度变化,结果依然远低于阈值180 ℃,即火灾后的防火泥二次重复使用依然可以保持优异的耐火性能。火灾升温对防火泥的密度、耐酸性及耐冻融循环性造成影响,但对腐蚀性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐油性和耐湿热性影响不大。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to study the performance changes of fireproof mud of typical elastic fireproof sealing material before and after fire, the influence on the combustion quality, backfire surface temperature and physicochemical properties of fireproof mud was studied according to the possible standard, electric and hydrocarbon fire situations in converter station. The physical and chemical properties focus on density, corrosion, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance and resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. The results show that the maximum weight loss rate of fireproof mud is 20~35 min under the three fire heating conditions, and the mass loss of fireproof mud is nearly 50% when heated by the fire for 60 min. Fireproof mud has good heat insulation, can effectively prevent the transmission of flame and heat, after three kinds of fire heating,back fire surface temperature is far below the threshold value of 180 ℃. The temperature change of the backfire surface was monitored by the secondary heating of the fireproof mud after the fire, and the result was still far below the threshold value of 180℃, that is, the fire can still maintain good insulation without replacing the fireproof mud after the fire. The temperature rise of fire has an influence on the density, acid resistance and freeze-thaw cycling resistance of fireproof mud, but has little influence on the corrosion, water resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance and heat resistance.
