“智慧消防”现状及发展趋势探析

摘要: 当前,国内外政府都在积极推进“智慧消防”技术的研究和应用,我国作为全球人口最多的国家之一,面临着越来越严峻的消防安全挑战。基于天津、上海、山东、江苏、浙江、河南等省市的实地调研,结合国内外“智慧消防”理论和实践,系统分析了我国“智慧消防”建设的现状和不足。在此基础上,提出一系列针对我国国情的对策建议,旨在实现精细化动态管理和科学化高效处置,从而提升消防安全治理能力和全社会防灾减灾救灾能力。

关键词: 智慧消防, 消防安全, 智慧城市

Abstract: Currently, both domestic and foreign governments are actively promoting the research and application of "smart fire" technology. As one of the most populous countries in the world, China is facing increasingly severe fire safety challenges. The article is based on on?site research in provinces and cities such as Tianjin, Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Henan, and combines the theory and practice of "smart fire" at home and abroad to systematically analyze the current situation and shortcomings of "smart fire" construction in China. On this basis, a series of countermeasures and suggestions tailored to China's national conditions are proposed, aiming to achieve refined dynamic management and scientific and efficient disposal, thereby enhancing the ability of fire safety governance and the ability of the entire society to prevent and reduce disaster.
