粤港澳大湾区新能源汽车产业火灾危险特性及防控对策

Analysis on the fire hazard characteristics and prevention and control countermeasures of new energy vehicle industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要: 新能源汽车产业作为国家重点支持的战略性新兴产业,在粤港澳大湾区已形成完整的整车制造、电池及其他相关零部件和充装设施的新能源汽车产业链。结合粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要和新能源汽车产业相关布局,总结了整车、锂离子电池、充装基础设施等设备设施在建设、生产、物流储存、使用等环节存在的火灾危险性及防控难点。提出了大湾区防控新能源汽车产业发展中潜在火灾事故的预防措施和对策。

Abstract:  As an emerging industry supported by the Greater Bay Area, the new energy vehicle industry has formed a complete industrial chain of complete vehicles, batteries and other spare parts and fuel filling facilities. Combining the development and construction outline of the Greater Bay Area and the related regional industrial distribution, this paper summarized the fire hazards and prevention and control difficulties which existing in the new energy vehicles, lithium?ion batteries, and charging infrastructure in the construction, production, logistics storage and use of the new energy vehicle industry. And the preventive measures and countermeasures for preventing and controlling fire accidents in the development of the new energy vehicle industry in the Bay Area are put forward.
