荧光光纤测温技术在高温油储罐火灾监测中的应用

摘要: 提供了一种基于荧光光纤测温传感技术的火灾报警系统,可应用于石化储罐温度实时监测及火灾预警。选用的荧光传感器探头封装结构小,耐高温、耐腐蚀,可放入罐体内部测量气相或液相温度,真实反映储罐内温度变化。传感器长期可耐受温度250 ℃,能够对超过160 ℃的高温渣油储罐进行温度监测。选取高稳定功率输出的650 nm激光光源与红光激发荧光粉材料,激发出的荧光波长处于近红外波段,光纤内传输衰减小,工作距离长且测温精度高,稳定性好。测温主机具有多个温度监测通道,各通道间相互独立,可进行分区监测。开发的在线实时监测系统,可以实现与测温主机的远程通信。监测平台支持光谱数据获取、波形展示、实时毫秒级温度数据采集、超温预警等功能,具有响应速度高、容错概率低等特点。

Abstract: This paper presents a fire alarm system based on fluorescence optical fiber temperature sensing technology, which can be used for real?time temperature monitoring and fire warning of petroleum and petrochemical storage tanks. The sensor probe package structure is small, high temperature and corrosion resistance, can be directly into the tank to measure the actual gas or liquid phase temperature, truly reflect the temperature change of the medium in the tank. The sensor can withstand the temperature of more than 250 ℃ for a long time, and can monitor the temperature of the high temperature residual oil storage tank of more than 160 ℃. The 650 nm laser source with high stable power output and red light excitation phosphor material were selected, and the excitation fluorescence wavelength was in the near?infrared band. The transmission attenuation in the fiber was small, the working distance was long, the temperature measurement accuracy was high, and the long?term stability was good. The temperature measuring host has a plurality of temperature monitoring channels, each channel is independent, and can monitor different zones of the tank. Online real?time monitoring platform can realize the remote communication with the host temperature measurement. The monitoring platform supports spectrum data acquisition, waveform display, real?time millisecond temperature data acquisition, oil tank hot spot location simulation, overtemperature warning and other functions. The platform is developed in a split structure with high response speed and low fault tolerance.
