基于声成像的泄漏源三维空间定位技术研究

摘要: 为提高成像型泄漏检测技术的空间定位能力,本文以声成像为例,研究声源三维空间定位方法。通过对两台声学相机监测画面的坐标变换,将二维声场分布信息、可见光视频图像映射到三维空间,与监测对象的三维空间结构叠加,实现泄漏噪声点的自动判别与区域定位。仿真计算与模拟试验表明:该方法实现了泄漏源的三维空间定位,并通过定位泄漏部件实现无人值守的泄漏识别与报警,提高了成像监测技术在危险化学品行业泄漏监测场景中的应用效果。

Abstract:  In order to improve the recognition and positioning ability of imaging monitoring technology in three-dimensional space, this paper takes acoustic imaging as an example to study the three-dimensional spatial location method of sound source. Through the coordinate transformation of the monitoring images of two acoustic cameras, the two-dimensional sound field distribution information and visible video images are mapped to the three-dimensional space, and the three-dimensional space structure of the monitoring object is superimposed to realize the automatic identification and regional positioning of the leakage noise points. The simulation calculation and simulation experiment show that the method realizes the three-dimensional spatial location of the leak source, and realizes the unattended leak identification and alarm by locating the leak parts, and improves the application effect of imaging monitoring technology in the leak monitoring scene of the hazardous chemical industry.
