数字政府建设背景下火灾调查信息化平台设计与应用

摘要: 实施科技信息化创新引领工程,推动消防事业高质量发展是加强数字政府建设的重要支撑。火灾事故调查信息化平台的建立,促进火灾事故调查工作从传统模式向数字化模式、互联网化办公模式转变。依据开放共享、融合创新、变革转型、引领跨越、安全有序的信息化平台设计原则,提出了融入数字政府的火灾事故调查信息化平台建设构架设计模式。该平台将《火灾事故调查规定》融合大数据、移动互联网、地理信息技术、流媒体技术,实现“互联网+火灾调查”,为火灾现场信息动态采集、动态更新,人才培养等方面工作提供了一站式解决方案。

Abstract: The implementation of science and technology information innovation leading project and promoting the high?quality development of fire protection is an important support to strengthen the construction of digital government. The establishment of the fire accident investigation information platform brings the possibility for the transformation of the fire accident investigation work from the traditional mode to the digital mode and the internet office mode. According to the information platform design principles of open sharing, integration and innovation, reform and transformation, leading and leaping, safe and orderly, this paper puts forward the construction framework design mode of fire accident investigation information platform integrated into digital government. The platform integrates big data, mobile internet, geographic information technology and streaming media technology to realize "internet + fire investigation", and provides one?stop solutions for the dynamic collection and dynamic update of fire site information, talent training and other aspects of the work.
