Abstract: This paper analyzes the emergency rescue work responsibilities and characteristics of the London Fire Brigade, highlighting its advanced experiences in fire hazard identification, fire safety education and training, and response to multiple disaster threats. The article proposes that China should draw on the practices of the London Fire Brigade by establishing a sound legal framework, clarifying responsibility attribution, formulating a long-term and dynamic integrated risk management plan, and innovating emergency response technologies to enhance the technological content of emergency response, in order to promote the internationalization of China's fire service and improve its fire emergency rescue capabilities.
