城市交通隧道车行横通道兼作人行横通道问题的探讨

Discussion on the combined use of vehicular cross passages as pedestrian cross passages in urban traffic tunnels

摘要: 针对现行规范中车行横通道兼作人行横通道的争议问题,通过规范对比、功能定位分析及工程实践经验探讨,系统分析不同横通道设置方案的可行性与适用性。首先梳理相关技术规范,指出其在设置方式、防火分隔措施等要求上的差异;继而从防灾设计理念出发,基于人员与车辆疏散救援场景的差异,提出人行、车行横通道应按功能分离设置的结论。研究对比分析了“兼用”“合用”“分离”3种方案的实施效果。结果表明,“兼用”方案虽具备空间可行性,但存在横通道功能定位不清、防火分隔设施可靠性不足等问题;“合用”方案虽采用相邻但有分隔的设置方式,但显著增加结构宽度与建设成本;“分离”方案通过独立设置人行、车行横通道,在疏散效率、烟气控制和运营维护等方面展现出综合优势。研究建议地下道路隧道防灾设计采用人行横通道与车行横通道分离式布局更为合理。

Abstract: This study addresses the controversial issue in current codes regarding the combined use of vehicular cross passages as pedestrian cross passages. Through a comparison of relevant codes, functional positioning analysis, and practical engineering experience, the feasibility and applicability of different cross passage configuration schemes are systematically examined. The study first reviews relevant technical codes and identifies discrepancies in requirements such as configuration methods and fire separation measures. Then, from the perspective of disaster prevention design, and based on the differences in evacuation and rescue scenarios for personnel and vehicles, it concludes that pedestrian and vehicular cross passages should be functionally separated. The study compares and analyzes the implementation effects of three schemes: "combined use" "shared use" and "separate". The results indicate that while the "combined use" scheme offers spatial feasibility, it suffers from unclear functional positioning of the cross passage and insufficient reliability of fire separation facilities. The "shared use" scheme, although adopting an adjacent but separated configuration, significantly increases structural width and construction costs. The "separate" scheme, by independently configuring pedestrian and vehicular cross passages, demonstrates comprehensive advantages in evacuation efficiency, smoke control, and operation and maintenance. The study recommends that the separate layout of pedestrian and vehicular cross passages is a more rational approach for the disaster prevention design of underground road tunnels.
