环保经济型训练测试用泡沫液的研制及应用

Development and application of environmentally friendly and economical foam concent rates for training and testing

摘要: 针对消防救援队伍在日常训练、装备测试等非灭火救援场景中缺乏可用的训练测试用泡沫液的现实问题,开展了可满足人员训练和装备测试要求的环保经济型训练测试用泡沫液的研制和性能评估。结果表明,该产品在标准测试条件下的发泡倍数为8~9倍,25%析液时间为4~5 min,能够准确模拟灭火用泡沫灭火剂的泡沫特征。泡沫枪、泡沫炮等典型施放装备的应用测试结果也与灭火用泡沫灭火剂接近,进一步验证了该产品的可靠性。同时,该产品不含PFAS类持久性有机污染物及其他有害组分,28天生物降解率>99%,对斑马鱼的96 h LC50值大于3 000 mg/L,具有优异的环保性能,可显著降低使用后造成的环境风险。

Abstract: To address the practical issue of lacking suitable foam solutions for training and equipment testing in non-firefighting scenarios (such as daily drills) for fire rescue teams, an eco-friendly and economical foam concentrate has been developed to meet personnel training and equipment testing requirements. Test results indicate that under standard testing conditions, this product achieves a foam expansion of 8~9 times with a 25% drainage time of 4~5 min, accurately simulating the foam characteristics of fire extinguishing foam agents. Application tests using typical dispensing equipment like foam nozzles and foam monitor yielded results similar to those of fire extinguishing foam agents, further verifying the product's reliability. Additionally, this product contains no PFAS or other harmful persistent organic pollutants, demonstrates a 28-day biodegradation rate >99%, and shows a 96 h LC50 value for zebrafish exceeding 3 000 mg/L, exhibiting excellent environmental performance that significantly reduces post-use environmental risks.
