摘要： 对香港特别行政区消防处部门具有职业化、实战化和系统化特点的教育训练体系进行介绍，从顶层设计、职业标准认证、对外合作交流和院校建设等方面，提出统筹优化消防救援教育训练体系的思考，为完善和发展消防救援教育训练体系提供支持和参考。
关键词: 香港特别行政区, 消防教育训练体系, 人才培养, 实战化训练
Abstract: The professional, practical, and systematic education and training system of HKSAR fire protection is introduced. We propose to coordinate and optimize the fire rescue education and training system from the aspects of top-level design, professional standard certification, external cooperation and exchange, and college construction，to provide support and reference for improving and developing the fire rescue education and training system.
