推动消防救援队伍建立无伤训练体系的思考与实践

摘要: 无伤训练是一个系统工程,需要对其深刻内涵进行理论思考和理解,才能在实践中准确把握训练的理论、方法和手段,科学指导消防救援队伍的训练,逐步提高消防救援人员的训练水平。对推动建立消防救援队伍无伤训练体系的必要性进行了初步思考和探索,包括如何在各级树立无伤训练的理念,以及如何将其与基层消防救援队(站)的日常训练课目有机结合,针对目前消防救援队伍训练中存在的问题,提出了建立无伤训练体系的具体措施和方法。

Abstract: Injury-free training is a systematic engineering that requires theoretical thinking and understanding of its profound connotations in order to accurately grasp the theory, methods, and means of training in practice, scientifically guide the training of fire rescue teams, and gradually improve the training level of fire rescue personnel. Preliminary thoughts and explorations have been conducted on the necessity of promoting the establishment of a injury-free training system for fire rescue teams, including how to establish the concept of injury-free training at all levels, and how to organically integrate it with the daily training courses of grassroots fire rescue teams (stations). Based on the current problems in fire rescue team training, specific measures and methods for establishing a injury-free training system have been proposed.
