户外变电站(换流站)用典型降噪材料火灾特性及改进现状

摘要: 户外变电站(换流站)的降噪措施以隔声罩、隔声屏障为主,其主要构成材料为“碳钢、玻璃棉和岩棉”。电力火灾主要以绝缘油和高聚物燃烧为主,升温速度及最高温度均高于纤维类火灾,对材料影响更为严酷。电力火灾下,矿物棉类材料会发生热缩、粉化,对于消防基本无影响,但钢结构及镀锌钢板即使在1 000 ℃时仍有强度,虽然软化变形,但不会直接断裂,仍阻碍灭火工作。“高温熔落式颗粒板”“基于热塑性PA6 材料的高温可熔落结构”两种隔声罩改进方式改善了消防条件,其最终服役性能还需在应用中进一步积累试验数据。变电设备的本体低噪声化将是电工装备技术发展的最终趋势。

Abstract: Abstract: In this study, the noise reduction measures of outdoor substation (converter station) are mainly noise insulation cover and barrier. The main components of the above measures are carbon steel, glass cotton and rock wool. The electric fire is mainly composed of insulating oil and polymer combustion,and the heating rate and maximum temperature are higher than the standard fire, which has more severe influence on the material.Electric fire, mineral cotton materials will occur heat shrinkage,powdering, basically no impact on fire, but steel structure and galvanized steel plate even at 1 000 ℃ still have strength, although softening deformation, but will not break, still hinder the fire work. "High-temperature melt-down granular plate" and "High- temperature melt-down structure based on thermoplastic PA6 material" improved the fire protection conditions, and its final time service performance needs to be further accumulated in the application of test data. Low noise of transformer equipment will be the final trend of the development of electrical equipment technology.
