摘要： 针对当前中西部县级消防事业发展面临的问题，结合当前编制消防事业发展“十四五”规划，提出了中西部地区县域消防事业发展“十四五”规划的编制思路、内容，探讨县域消防事业发展规划的编制方法，从注重调研、对标先进和多规合一等原则方面，为相关编制者提供思路和参考。

关键词: 消防事业发展规划, 中西部, 县域规划

Abstract: Based on preparation of the 14th five year plan, this paper focuses on the problems of fire protection development in county areas of Midwest China, and proposes the ideas, contents and methods of the 14th five year plan for fire protectio development. On the principles of field research, learning advanced areas and integration of multiple plans, this paper provides reference for relevant decision makers.
