消防重点单位三维数字化预案管理平台研究及应用

摘要:

针对现有灭火救援数字化预案实战性不强的问题, 本文结合消防救援队伍改革转隶后的职能拓展和现实斗争需要, 研发了一套消防重点单位三维数字化预案管理平台,实现了与消 防实战指挥平台、单兵定位系统和重点单位物联网远程监控系统 等系统的对接,初步实现了一体化的智慧消防升级应用,并在移动 端实现了“室内外一张图”的消防数字化预案应用。在实战中,消 防队伍利用该平台开展网上推演、熟悉演练和远程辅助决策,确保 了作战决策的科学性和有效性,对于建设“智慧消防、科技消防”有 着重要的现实意义。

Abstract: The existing digital fire fighting and rescue plans are generally out of touch with actual fire rescue operations. In view of these problems, this paper develops a set of three- dimensional digital plan management platform to meet the needs of the function expansion and realistic struggle of the fire rescue team after the reform of government institutions.The system realizes the docking between the fire fighting command platform, individual positioning system and the remote monitoring system based on Internet of things in key units, establishes an integrated intelligent fire fighting system, and realizes the application of "one map indoor and outdoor" in the mobile terminal. In the actual combat, the firefighting and rescue team uses the platform to carry out online deduction, familiar drill and remote assistant decision-making, ensures the scientific and effective combat decision-making. Practice has proved that the system has important practical significance for the construction of "intelligent fire protection, science and technology fire protection".
