Investigation on fire behavior and fire protection design of hermetic pressurization building

Abstract: High altitude hermetic pressurization building is a new type of building structure which can effectively solve altitude reaction and other problems. But due to the indoor pressure greater than the ambient pressure and closed internal environment, the fire behavior of the building is different from that of ordinary buildings, and there are no fire safety design codes and methods now. This study takes a high altitude hermetic pressurization hotel building as the research object and investigates the fire behavior under different design fire scenarios by means of fire dynamics simulation and obtained the available evacuation time under different fire scenarios by analyzing oxygen concentration, gas content, temperature, visibility and other indicators. Based on this, the fire protection design scheme was given. This project can provide a reference for similar fire protection design of high altitude hermetic pressurization buildings.
