Abstract: Forest fire management and rescue is very difficult, threatening ecological security and people's lives and property safety. On the basis of collecting and sorting out the cases of California's forest fires in recent three years and combining with years of actual fire fighting experience, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the frequent occurrence of California's forest fires, summarizes the problems existing in the prevention and control of California's forest fires, and provides a basis for China to carry out the work of forest fire prevention.
