Research on the formulation method of practical and digital emergency plan of fire and rescue

Abstract: The requirement analysis of practical and digital emergency plan of fire and rescue were conducted in points of presentation form, required information and required function. The overall framework of the practical and digital emergency plan of fire and rescue is introduced from the sensing layer, the transport layer, the platform layer and the application layer. The functions and generation methods of the plan are analyzed and explored from the intelligent fire alarm setting, the information support during firefighting stage, the auxiliary decision-making during the disposal stage, and the trace-based evaluation stage. The plan provides information support and decision-making support for fire fighters, and plays an important role in the daily drills, and practical fire-fighting.
