热辐射对通电线缆短路故障及熔痕的影响

Effect of thermal radiation on short-circuit faults and melts of power cables

摘要: 研究热辐射条件下导线发生炭化路径型短路与金属短接型短路后产生的熔痕特征,使用中国常见的家用电器电源线RVVB线(铜芯聚氯乙烯护套扁形电源线),针对220 V交流电,对比了两种不同形式的短路发生的时间和位置,分析了其对产生熔痕的影响。试验发现,随着热辐射强度的增加,短路发生的时间缩短;导线的短路位置未表现出明显的分布规律,发生短路的部位随机性较强,短路点的位置与短路发生时间无直接相关性;炭化路径型短路的典型熔痕为箭镞状熔痕;金属短接型短路的典型熔痕为“工”字型熔痕。

Abstract: This paper studies the characteristics of the melt marks generated by the carbonization path-type short-circuit and the metal short-circuit type under the condition of heat radiation. Considering the electrical appliance power line, RVVB line (copper core PVC sheathed flat shape power line), for the domestic household 220 VAC, compare the time and position of two different types of short circuit, analyze the influence of the melt mark on it. It was found that as the heat radiation intensity increases, the time of short circuit occurs is shortened; The short-circuit position of the wire does not show obvious distribution law; The short-circuited part has strong randomness, and the position of the short-circuit point has no direct correlation with the short-circuit occurrence time; The carbonization path type short-circuit is usually short-circuited by the arrow-shaped melt mark. A typical trace of a short-circuit type is a "工" type melt mark.
