Abstract: This paper analyzes the elements and current situation of the combat effectiveness of the fire rescue team in China, puts forward the goal and path of the reconstruction of the combat strength system of the fire rescue team, and gradually forms a new joint combat force system with the elite professional force as the main body based on the two realistic struggles of natural disaster and accident disaster.
