消防车环泵式B类泡沫混合装置控制系统

Control system of fire engine ring pump type B foam mixing device

摘要: 环泵式B类泡沫混合装置是用来将泡沫原液和水按一定标准进行混合的系统,针对传统装置混合精度不够,稳定性差和需手动控制等缺点,以泡沫消防车为研究对象,按照GB 7956.3-2014《消防车 第3部分:泡沫消防车》的混合比例要求,建立了泡沫与水混合比例控制数学模型,应用PID和Smith-PID预估控制算法对模型中泡沫与水的流量比例进行随动控制,并开发泡沫比例混合控制系统硬软件,设计开发一套环泵式B类泡沫混合装置以及试验方案,进行试验结果分析,实现输出较为稳定和精确的3%或6%的泡沫溶液,达到消防灭火要求的目的。

Abstract: Abstract: The ring pump type B foam mixing device is a system used to mix the foam solution and the aqueous solution according to a certain standard. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional device, such as low mixing accuracy, poor stability and needing manual control, the foam tank fire truck was taken as the research object, in accordance with the requirements of GB 7956.3-2014, Fire fighting vehicles-Part 3:Foam fire fighting vehicle, a mathematical model of foam and water mixing ratio control was established. PID and Smith-PID predictive control algorithms were applied to follow-up control the foam and water flow ratio in the model, and the foam ratio mixing control system hardware and software were developed. A set of ring pump type B foam mixing device and experimental program was designed and developed, and the experimental results were analyzed to achieve a stable and accurate output of 3% or 6% foam solution to meet the requirements of firefighting.
